Payment Terms:
a.) Reservation Fee is P10,000.00, which shall form part of the TCP; and shall be deducted from the Equity.
b.) Outright Cash- 5% Discount on the Total Investment Value.
e.) Balance on the Equity shall be paid before move in.
Monthly equity amortization and the remaining balance shall be covered by PDC.
f.) The balance of the TCP shall be subject to 18% interest.
g.) Miscellaneous Fee of P20,000.00, includes all expenses; such as, Pag-IBIG application fee, MRI and Mortgage annotations, Meralco and MWSS application, among others. It shall be payable within the payment period of equity. Not included on TCP.
